Project Purpose / Objective	The overall objective of the operation of which this contract will be a part is to attract and retain more people in employment by improving the quality of public employment services. The Operation specifically aims at assisting İŞKUR, Ministry of Labour and Social Security (MoLSS), Provincial Employment and Vocational Training Boards (PEVTBs) and social partners to strengthen their administrative capacity to improve the quality and efficiency of public employment services.

	Strengthening Vocational Qualifications Authority (VQA) and National Qualifications System (NQS) in Turkey EuropeAid/126723/D/SER/TR
Project Purpose / Objective	The overall objective of the Project is to ensure the provision of formal and non-formal vocational and technical education and training according to labour market needs, to support life-long learning, strengthen the relation between education and employment, and to facilitate harmonization with European Qualifications Framework.
Outputs	Within the context of the Project, there are three expected result areas which focus on the establishment of a framework for the National Qualifications System to operate in a sustainable and efficient way in order to ensure the functioning of the system in selected priority sectors, increasing the institutional capacity of VQA and VOC-TEST Centres to provide services in a sustainable and coordinated manner to all stakeholders and raising awareness of the target group on NQS and ensure their ownership of the system. 	Technical Assistance for Implementation of Human Resources Development Operational Programme (HRD OP 5.1)EuropeAid/128482/D/SER/TR
Project Purpose / Objective	The overall objective of the Operation is to improve the coordination, control and implementation of HRD OP and to assist the Operating Structure and relevant institutions in the further programming, monitoring, evaluation and implementation of tasks.
Outputs	Within the context of the Operation, there are five main components focusing on capacity and institutional building through training design, full time consultancy, establishment of a fully fledged Finance and Contracts Unit, establishment and maintenance of MIS and assistance for tendering of supplies to provide support and assistance to the OS of Turkey’s HRD OP so that programme is both managed effectively and serves as a valuable preparation for the future management of the European Social Fund.

Project Purpose / Objective	The overall objective of the Operation is to promote registered employment through strengthening the capacity of the Social Security Institution, coordination among relevant public institutions and social partners in order to provide sustainable economic growth with more and better job opportunities and greater social cohesion.
